-Make sure fulfillment order >95% for several city like Gresik, Mojokerto, Lamongan, Tuban, Bojonegoro, Jombang (with out of stock <1%)-Maintain stock accuracy warehouse 100% with daily cycle count and stock opname monthly , also coordination with tech team due to bug in OMS-Maintain <85% occupied stock in warehouse, so overall stock can move smoothly-Monitor return process from customer based on SOP-Create order tracker for planning route by transport team

-Be MOD (Manager on duty) when shifting rolling-Maintain process return from store to DC-Maintain process sorting return in DC to supplier based on product level-Maintain process demolish damage product in DC due to damage handling or damage return which can't back to supplier

-Make sure fulfillment to MT (Modern trade) or GT (General Trade) achieve >95% by monitor OD level-Make sure accuracy stock achieve >95% by stock opname monthly-Monitor avalan product (reject material from production) level, and communicate with CSR team and finance-Coordinate with PPIC, Production, and transportation team to make sure overall process running smoothly
