I am a Junior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Management. I have always been a leader in everything I do; I currently lead my tech team at church which is just one example of how I am leading. I am also a Solutionist in every situation I am put in, I am always looking to find a reasonable to answer for everyone involved in an activity. One example recently is I am the Vice President for the Club Golf Team and we are budgeting out our semester for tournaments. This includes booking tournaments, getting hotels, and planning travel. One of my Professional Goal is to be a manager. That may sound broad but I have always told myself there are two people in the world, a manger and someone who gets managed. I do not mean this in a mean way but I have always told myself that I want to manage a team of people. Whether that is 30 people or 100 people I want to be a leader who helps accomplish a goal. I plan to use my time in college to help me prepare to be a manager so that when I graduate I can instantly be an impactful person in a work place.
