Current• Responsible for autonomous activities of a business unit for Injection Molding; using Injection machines ranging from 440 ton presses ranging up to 1500 ton. Additionally the business unit includes Metallization coating process of components for the lamps; using sputtering deposition units along with automatic metalized coating units. Likewise load and unload 3 axis robots are used on the presses to unload components from the press, robots are engaged at each press.• Components produced are used in final assemblies for OEM lighting in automotive manufacturing companies including service support at the conclusion of the programs. • Manage Prototype team for new model year programs. Included 1st builds from components to final assembly. Customer interaction and collaboration of new programs• Manage 236 employees; (207 Direct Labor, 29 Indirect) reporting to APU Manager, in 220k square foot area.• Assembly APU Manager 2018/2019/2020 Instrumental in program start- up, scrap reduction, budget management, and gross profit margin.
