Conducted hospital wide review of hardware and components, to ensure a proper inventory count was on hand. Reviewed inventory, and discussed an implementation strategy with the EPIC project coordinator and project manager. Lead a team of contractors to install the necessary hardware to bring RCRMC into compliance for the installation and roll out of EPIC EHR. Answered end user questions regarding the process of installation as well as the overall timeline for the completion of the EPIC EHR roll out. Conducted an after action review with the project manager to ensure the specific phase (hardware installation 1) was completed as requested, as well as plan for future component upgrades.
