Projects: $70M, Multifamily/Mix-Use Assistant Project Manager for Commercial Construction- Multifamily/Mixed-Use Duties, Responsibilities:· Provide support for all construction administration on single or multiple projects simultaneously· Clearly, concisely and timely document all changes or deviations from the contract documents including identifying potential issues· Manage and maintain Request for Information and Submittal processes· Create and maintain weekly construction meeting and internal project meeting minutes as required· Manage project close-out documents with subcontractors and PA’s· Create pre-punch list and final punch lists. Coordinate with subcontractors to complete work· Proactively manage PCO / Sub Change Order process· Review all subcontractor pay application request for monthly billing· Provide input on overall CPM schedule· Review quality control requirements are being met in the field· Coordinate direction of work with subcontractors and ensures all preconstruction requirements are met· Assist in compiling logs and information for Monthly Executive Report· Learn and Review notice to proceed and subcontract agreement contracting requirements· Manage schedule of values for each subcontractor· Ensure field management team has updated construction documents and information on site· Continually monitor the requirements of the USBGC during construction to ensure project stays in compliance· Assemble LEED document binder to ensure all required documentation takes place during project· Provide project team all information required to upload data onto LEED online· Seek to learn changes in the industry

Acted as Liaison between the Project Manager, Design Team, and Owner and in charge of document control for the project; including but not exclusive to the plans, specifications , RFI’s, submittals, and project O & M manuals. Responsible for tracking and negotiation of change orders for the project. Also documented and tracked site progress through the use of Drone footage and 360 degree Cameras.

Supported the Project Manager and Superintendent in various ways. Worked and helped with the Preconstruction (Plans, Bid sheets, Contracts and Site Set Up) of $ 72 Million design build.Field Engineer: Managed fencing subcontractors and oversaw QA of structural rebar placement and concrete quality for extension of Mountain Corridor Highway. Oversaw, scheduled, and planned for 3 subcontractors and night crews on renovation of I-5 highway; prepping existing bridges for repairs, removing polymer overlay, sounding bridges for hollow points, and installed the largest placement of Polyester Concrete in Utah, and the first in the Salt Lake Area
