As an experienced business litigator, I've obtained successful outcomes – at trial, through motion practice, and by hard-fought negotiations – in matters that have spanned a wide array of industries, including private equity, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, technology, hospitality, and brand management and licensing. I devote a significant part of my practice to contract disputes; disputes concerning the interests of investors, partners, joint venture members, and shareholders; business divorces; unfair competition; matters involving fiduciary duties and business torts; complex frauds; and post-closing acquisition disputes. I also have extensive experience counseling and representing employers and employees in industries of all types concerning post-employment restrictive covenants and trade secrets.
