Ensure each department receives proper documentation once assets have been transferred and documentation is properly filed on Asset Management internal shared drive.• Manage Surplus Outlook inbox to ensure prompt and professional responses to all questions related to UNT Asset Management Surplus procedures, inventory, campus re-use of items, online auctions, and requests for removal of assets.• Manage, grow, and maintain professional relationships by providing a high level of customer service and efficient problem solving for over 400 departments across the University of North Texas as well as general public via online auction sales.

• Assist with all operations related to receiving inventory, ensuring all orders placed arrive error and damage free according to established policies and procedures.• Collaborate with Parts Manager to promptly inventory all received materials.• Organize, pull, and tag materials needed for 15 technicians assisting with accuracy checks and making any changes needed.• Pack and ship items for customers and vendors.
