Lead all aspects of AVL systems design, integration and support across our six campuses. Responsible for Campus Production Budgets, central accounts, integration budgets, and sinking funds. Responsible for gear maintenance strategies; AVL project management; as well as designing, implementing, and supporting cross campus AVL platforms that allow consistency for Central and Campus specific Production staff.• Develop maintenance schedules for AVL gear• Handle large repairs, service projects, and sinking fund gear replacement• Oversee inventory and asset management for AVL Gear• Work with Executive Leadership, Architects, and AVL Integrators on AVL design and project management of new campuses as well as upgrades at existing campuses.• Handle technical aspects for global Forest Hill Events• Provide campus support with contract FOH engineers and backfill positions as needed• Take lead on set/LED design pre-fab, implementation plan, and rigging• Help lead campus production training and volunteer development• Maintain healthy relationships with Campus Production staff and other ministry leads tohelp align production needs to the Mission and Vision of Forest Hill

Oversee all Audio, Video, and Lighting gear as well as all production staff at Forest Hill Church Waxhaw. Collaborate with other production directors to design, construction, and implementation of sets, and scenic builds throughout the campus. Mix FOH and Broadcast for weekend services as well as over see support and programming throughout all other venues on campus.

Oversee Audio Systems, and provide support and maintenance to keep all systems operating as usual and sounding excellent in doing so.Audio:- Mix Audio for weekend services and special events- Extensive work with brands such as: Digidesign, Avid, Meyer Sound Laboratories, L-Acoustic, Lab Gruppen, Smaart, Protools, Shure, RME, and much more- Oversee setup, operation, and tear down for weekend services, and special events.- Oversee Audio Systems in all Venues at FHC Southwark. - Provide mixing services and training as needed for volunteers and ministries throughout FHC- Oversee over 60 bands of Wireless frequencies and make sure all RF Coordination is in check- Work closely with numerous design install companies on many projects around the campus- Oversee broadcast audio embedding to other campuses and Livestream - Mix Ears for weekend ServicesScenic:- Take part in set design meetings- 3D Modeling (in Google Sketchup) of each set before it touches the FHCSP Stage- Lead fabrication for set design and elements for FHCSP stage- Oversee rigging and safety of new elements added to FHCSP StageLighting:- Assist in programming on an as needed basis- Work with top brands such as: Jands Vista, Vari*Lite, Martin, ChromaQ, ETC, MDG, Arkaos, Chauvet, and many more.- Oversee rigging of new lighting elements, and truss structures- Lighting maintenance such as re-lamping, re-geling, cabling, and basic moving light maintenanceVideo:- Work with brands such as: Ross Video, Panasonic, Digital Projection, Blackmagic, Canon, and more- Basic switching knowledge- Basic camera operator knowledge- General video troubleshooting

Lead Audio engineer for weekend services as well as special events, camps, and tours. Oversaw lighting aspects for all Central campuses, as well as played a significant role in systems design, integration, and training on all production systems across all 4 locations. Thorough training and experience with brands such as: : Digico, D&B Audiotechnik, JBL, Soundcraft, Shure, Yamaha, Allen Heath, ETC, Chauvet, Elation, Panasonic, HighEnd and Varilite.
