As the Store Manager I am responsible for building a highly successful sales and customer care culture inside the store. While motivating and engaging my team to meet and exceed their sales goals and customer care metrics.As the store manager I do daily, weekly and monthly assessments of my associates skills, performance, and behaviors. To empower them to achieve their performance metrics. By providing on the spot coaching, role play scenarios, team huddles and one-on-ones.In my time I have not only met but exceeded company goals that are set by the company in all metrics; sales, operations, expense standards, staffing.As the store manager it is my duty to ensure that all store functions are working properly and up to date at all times, all products, pricing, promotions, service and visual standards. As well as enforcing cash management polices and procedure, work order controls and completing weekly and monthly audits within the store.

In my previous role with Lowes Home Improvement. I was responsible for and oversaw all shipments being received to and from the store the store, I oversaw all merchandise return processes. I was in charge of a timely and detailed delivery schedule. I also managed the stocking crew who puts up all inventory in the store. I also assisted in inventory management and loss prevention measures. While maintaining a crew of 46 associates, While doing one-on-one coaching with each associate to aid them in there job, while striving for excellence everyday.
