My name is Preston Stringer. I am a senior at the University of Southern Mississippi majoring in Public Relations and Advertising. I have relevant writing, communication and organizational skills needed in today’s work environment. I am proficient in feature writing, news writing, strategic writing as well as public relations research and strategic communication. I was a public relations intern at the Downtown Hattiesburg Association in 2022 where I wrote feature stories on local businesses as well as helped coordinate event planning. My goal is to use my writing and communication skills to pursue a public relations job in either the private or public sector.
