Hi, I’m Preston Viloria, a dedicated junior at BYU majoring in Cybersecurity and an aspiring network and security engineer. Currently, I work as a Student Network Engineer at BYU, where I handle DNS requests, configure switches and routers, troubleshoot routing issues, and use monitoring tools like What's Up Gold and UVexplorer. This hands-on experience has fueled my passion for network management and securing critical systems.I'm actively working towards my CCNA certification, further developing my expertise in network infrastructure, security, and automation. I have a strong foundation in Python, C++, JavaScript, and Linux, allowing me to contribute effectively to projects involving scripting, automation, and system optimization.My goal is to make a positive impact in the cybersecurity field, ensuring the safety and reliability of the technology that people depend on every day.
