Account Executive
CurrentGrowthZone’s software platform is geared specifically for associations, chambers of commerce and select organizations. A dedicated support team guides every new account holder/customer through a tailored onboarding process to ensure the GrowthZone AMS is fully understood and functioning correctly.• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in our major markets.• Identify and consult with mid-large sized professional associations and who may be seeking a new AMS (association management software) service(s).• 35+ persuasive calls and emails daily, leading to sales presentations where target audience are founders, presidents, C-level executives, membership directors and event organizers/coordinators.• Lead discovery calls and facilitated product demos while ensuring the attending audience/prospect was always engaged.• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their specific needs, offer upsells, all while aligning our solutions to meet their membership dues and goals.• Deliver proposals and contracts, work with legal, ensuring all alignment with client requirements and company capabilities are satisfied.• Cross-collaboration by constant communication with the BDR and sales engineering teams.• Monitor market dynamics, including new competitors, software features, specific customer requests, client surveys/feedback to proactively adjust our market positioning and penetration.• Negotiate pricing, multi year contracts, focusing on maximizing value and P&L while maintaining client satisfaction.
