As an Agency Recruiting Manager, I was responsible for contacting leads for potential agents and agencies. I used several resources to obtain and manage leads. I also helped improve the district’s life insurance sales through creative marketing and follow up. I created and continuously updated the district’s recruiting handbook and continued to find innovative ways to seek new prospects.

My role as Fleet Maintenance was very extensive. I was able to use my skills as a mechanic/technician to work on casing tools as well as keep maintenance up on all company vehicles. I have had experience in welding and fabrication and was able to utilize these skills daily. I also worked on miscellaneous projects around the shop and find creative ways to solve problems. As a member of the Clean & Drift Crew safely and efficiently cleaned and drifted casing before being placed in the ground.
