I am responsible for the handling and care of large volumes of packages that were being shipped through UPS to a local warehouse. I removed packages off UPS trailer trucks and onto conveyor belts that were later scanned and sorted. I would examine the shipping labels to determine which conveyor belt a package would need to go so that it will be placed in the correct delivery truck.

As an Actor, I have appeared in numerous film and theatre productions across the State of North Carolina with companies such as Theatre in the Park, Raleigh Little Theatre, Bare Theatre, Wake Drama, CBS EYE Productions, Creative Contrast, Centerline Digital, Uptone Pictures, etc... My daily duties included: maintaining office supplies, organizing files and inventory, assisting and supporting human resources, providing administrative and clerical support to office staff. I coordinated with various departments and reserve conference rooms for client visits and staff meetings.

I assisted the Park Managers in overseeing the day to day operations of Lake Wheeler Park. I provided patrons of the park with services such as educating our guest with information about our facility, running the concession stand, and providing facility and boat rentals. I managed the staff working in the park. I opened, closed, secured, and maintained a safe environment and facility. I kept track of park inventory. I was responsible for our cash assets. I also enforced the facility and City of Raleigh rules and regulations.

I provided over-the-phone technical support at an ACS call center for our client, Apple. Customers, who called in regards to issues with Apple's iOS devices, could resolve these problems with their iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. Through my training, I capably conveyed troubleshooting techniques to our customers.

My position necessitated opening and closing the complex for scheduled softball games as well as managing a staff of two to six employees during my shifts. This included: ticket purchases, managing the concession stand, as well as financial services such as cash management and record keeping. My final responsibility was enforcing posted rules and regulations of the softball complex and City of Raleigh.
