As a mortgage banker I had four primary responsibilities that centered around developing residential mortgage loan business for Chase bank:-Lead Generation for residential mortgages including marketing towards all ethical referral sources (realtors, past clients, CPA's, attorney's etc)-Evaluation of residential loan applications to ensure that applicants met all applicable lending standards. -Educating potential clients on best practices and availability of programs that would most fit their needs.-Ensuring that all marketing efforts as well as lending efforts followed both federal and company compliance guidelines.Thorough knowledge of both external marketing as well as all manner of loan programs ranging from Non-QM, FHA, VA, QM etc.During my tenure, was a consistent top producer and worked on several projects designed to boost company visibility in the local community.

Ran a real estate investment company primarily focused on acquisition, renovation and sale of residential properties. -Developed and implemented marketing strategies to find and purchase off-market residential real estate opportunities. This was achieved through a variety of methods ranging from direct mail, digital marketing, cold calling, door knocking, establishing referral sources (Probate attorneys, local lenders, contractors) etc.-Oversaw renovation of properties. Managed sub-contractors to ensure projects were finished on time.-Marketed complete properties for resale via realtors, digital media, open house events, community party etc.

Aurora was under the Lehman umbrella along with BNC and Finance America. The companies were merged as time progressed.Remote based account executive responsible for identifying business customers and establishing relationships with a goal of mutual profitability for Alt-A and prime wholesale mortgages.-Built and maintained strong relationships with premier mortgage brokers, Loan officers and Processors through direct interaction and regimented followup procedures to include phone calls, emails, social events etc.-Taught clients how to grow their own business, using the resources that Aurora Loans provided as tools to promote themselves. This was done primarily via educating them on programs that they could then go market in their communities. -Grew overall sales for region exponentially.-Immediately led region in sales upon transfer to Aurora (Aurora, BNC and Finance America were all under Lehman Bros umbrella.)-Aggressively managed pipeline to ensure that all loans were funded in a timely fashion and that brokers were aware of the status of their files at all times.

BNC/Finance America were Lehman Brothers wholesale banks. They were merged as time progressed under the Lehman Bros umbrella.- Fostered relationships with mortgage brokers through consistent visits, presentations and knowledge of products- Presented basic underwriting of mortgage broker files and provide best options for the brokers customer needs- Submitted customer files to underwriting, managed flow of files and worked to fund files in a timely manner- Achieved "Premier Producer" status every year of employment. Leading region in both funded units and overall loan volume for the majority of my tenure there.- 2003, 2004, 2005 & 2006 - Highest producer in Oregon
