I monitor at a high level several key business components: customer service, operations, sales, staffing levels, shrink, product flow/replenishment, merchandising and pricing accuracy. I provide direction to the development of assistant managers to ensure execution of standards and achievement of store financials and development. I conduct regular store meetings and attend district/regional meetings.
