Current- Offer support for end users and developers for all Auctane brand API products which includes the ShipEngine and ShipStation APIs- Offer email/chat troubleshooting and support experience. - Created internal tickets about errors/bugs with JIRA to help identify and resolve issues reported by our users.- Collaborate with development, engineering and other departments as needed to resolve issues quickly and efficiently -Update internal and customer facing API documentation as needed when changes are implemented-Provide ongoing API training and coaching for internal Auctane teams
