About Preston Wells

My passion is impacting business performance through learning solutions. I have had a career of seeking out and implementing strategic learning solutions to address the business need. Sometimes traditional classroom training and eLearning is the best choice. However, often times it doesn't offer the same effectiveness as forwarding thinking approaches such and simulation based training, gamification, and performance support. In executing these solutions, I have become well versed in learning technologies and tools, project management, program management, leading teams, and knowledge management.

We created or brought training to our L&D organization for items such as focusing on the end user experience, aligning with modern learning practices, or how to identify and manage unconscious bias.
