• Built a Chatbot using Oracle Digitial Assistant to quickly get build details, history, tests, and submit new jobs• Categorised user input into 15 categories in order to better understand the sort of question being asked• Created the flow of the chatbot using OBotML and used NLP to extract the values of the key entities from the query• Built a backend server on a virtual machine using Node.js to continuously communicate with the Jenkins API• Obtained information about builds and tests, processed it, and stored it in order to speed up API calls

• Designed a text classification model to classify over 17,000 questions written in a mix of Hindi, English and Hinglish• Divided the questions into 25 separate categories to aid in the development of an automated response bot• Modeled various Machine Learning algorithms like SVM, SGDC, Naive Bayes with Hyperparameter tuning• Deep Learning models employing Bidirectional LSTM, Transfer learning architecture using ULMFiT and BERT were used• Achieved an accuracy of 78.2% using FastText along with pre-trained vectors and integrated it with the backend

• Built a Multi-objective heuristic search algorithm for hierarchical optimization problems with special applications to menu planning and implemented a bottom-up algorithm which creates meal plans constrained by various group and individual level constraints while optimising several objectives
