• Built a Chatbot using Oracle Digitial Assistant to quickly get build details, history, tests, and submit new jobs• Categorised user input into 15 categories in order to better understand the sort of question being asked• Created the flow of the chatbot using OBotML and used NLP to extract the values of the key entities from the query• Built a backend server on a virtual machine using Node.js to continuously communicate with the Jenkins API• Obtained information about builds and tests, processed it, and stored it in order to speed up API calls
