My background and research are based on Applied Mathematics (Dynamical Systems) and numerical simulations. During my research career I published several papers and worked as Invited Assistant Professor (Engineering courses in Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto).I joined Watchful Software in 2013 as a Software Engineer, acquiring experience in eBiometric techniques and in some programming languages such as C++, C#, Java or JavaScript. I was responsible for technical implementations in some products, acting also as a Scrum Master in the software development life-cycle.During a short period, I joined Critical Software to act as a Software Engineer. I was able to learn and use IBM Business Process Manage together with software to design and support financial products.I joined Critical TechWorks in 2019 as a Scrum Knight (Developer and Scrum Master), working with products for BMW plants and contributing to software deliveries. I was responsible for organising the backlogs of multiple teams, aligning stakeholders' expectations and ensuring the delivery of high quality features. My dedication on setting up high-performing teams and on delivering awesome products naturally made me a Product Visionary at CTW.Today, I'm involved in products to improve BMW costumer experience inside the car. My priority is to make sure my teams delivers meaningful software for real-life customers and in a healthy environment.
