1. Designed a novel, sustainable, and energy-efficient CO2 capture system by utilizing bio-inspired solvent and polymeric hollow fiber membrane.2. Produced 4 articles for publications as 1st author and 6 articles as co-author.3. Invented CO2 capture solvent with the characteristic up to 205% more efficient, 195% faster desorption rate, and up to 37% lower energy than conventional solvent.4. Improved the membrane compatibility up to 10x by modifying the structure using inorganic additives. 5. Performed statistical design of experiment and mass/heat-transfer analysis in the membrane fabrications, solvent formulation, and their characterizations.6. Implemented problem-solving and lab skills to improve the research quality of 6 cross-functional groups.
