Collaborating with all areas and all levels within the organisation, ensuring maximum availability and efficiency for the key systems and trading platforms.• Development and ownership of the Operations Architecture, helping to ensure strict adherence to standards and policies whilst defining the overall technology and tools strategy for service management.• Maintaining a multi-year budgeting roadmap and plan for key IT related projects and IT systems lifecycle• Ownership of the innovations and automation stream, focussed on reducing manual tasks and reviewing new technologies for the benefit of the London Stock Exchange.• Development of the monitoring design, implementation plan, strategy and maintenance plan for key systems within the exchange
