Leading the Sales & Operations Planning & Execution processes and regional teams for beverage can manufacture & supply in Western Europe. Using my previous experience in Sales and Operations, I am consistently able to lead the discussion and agree supply strategies with cross functional colleagues that satisfies customers and creates the best result for Ball. Gained additional responsibility of EMEA Logistics Director during 2020 while the role was in a transitional period managing the EMEA €250 million budget for logistics and warehousing.

Spent 5 months leading a project to restructure the Rexam Beverage Can Europe Organisation which led to the creation of a new Customer Fulfilment function and regional cross functional senior management teams to optimise decision making and effectiveness of the business sector as a whole.

On secondment in this role for 6 months while finding a full time replacement for the Turkish Beverage Can Operations.

I Led the Beverage Can Europe and Asia Supply Chain Planning department, overseeing metal supply, finished product planning including inventory strategy across 27 production sites with 53 can making lines and 15 end making lines spanning 17 countries in Europe, North Africa, Russia, and Asia. Developed and managed the S&OP process for Europe and Asia and was the Global Planning Lead for the entire Rexam Group, facilitating benchmarking and best practice sharing across all sectors for Planning.

Responsible for the Commercial department of Rexam Europe and Asia Sector, working with Sales management on sales forecasting, customer negotiations, contracts, customer metal and currency hedging and profitability analysis.
