I have continued my role as a TRIRIGA Application Developer working with several clients and projects.I consulted on the implementation of TRIRIGA's lease management solution for a global financial company. This included consolidating lease information from various spreadsheets held around the world and storing them all in TRIRIGA. This allows the company to view pertinent lease information in real-time. We also created management-level reports to assist in making decisions as to which premises to keep and which to discard.I have also moved into a support management and training role with a government department who are utilising TRIRIGA to manage their portfolio. This role includes training existing support staff and assisting in closing incidents and problems on the live solution.

I certified as an IBM TRIRIGA Application Developer in January 2012 and worked with the product on a daily basis. I worked with clients in the Utilities and Public sectors; receiving strong client feedback on every project I worked on. I developed strong skills across the entire TRIRIGA application and especially specialised in the Portfolio, Reserve and Real Estate modules. I also used TRIRIGA for several proofs of concept and have had some of these innovations incorporated into the base product.I have also worked with the new IBM TRIRIGA Esri Connector, developing new functionality for this product.

I spent at year working for Eli Lilly at their Research Facility in Windlesham. My main responsibility was as specialist IT support for 250 scientists but I was also responsible for major system upgrades that covered the whole of Europe. This role has helped to develop my professional and personal skills to a level that I am now well suited to working in a business environment. I have also learnt how to work in a virtual team spread out across Europe.

I was employed by Exodus to carry out IT work at Westfield's White City development. I had to ensure that the Cat-3 and Cat-6 connections had been installed, that BMS were in place and that TR, EF and ER sites were installed correctly. This role taught me how to work on massive building sites and how a contractor fits into the remit of an international company.
