I managed a squad of 10 software engineers focused on AI tooling including recording, transcription, and data sharing. My team also focused on larger engineering initiatives such as breaking up a monolith and building a better developer experience. I acted as project manager, people manager, and oftentimes product manager for this group and several other engineers outside of my squad. I worked directly with Design and Product to prepare for upcoming projects and guide the development of ongoing projects.Additionally I managed the on-call rotation and development triage for a recruiting product called Prelude.

I lead a team of 6+ engineers paving the way to integrating shared platform services across our products while also rebuilding and maintaining our legacy codebase.

I led a guerrilla team of frontend engineers to build out, maintain, and set standards for our React-based web application serving farmers financial data.

Developed a system for running legacy applications in a modern environment as part of a convergence effort. Web interfaced used Javascript, Razer, KendoUI, and Twitter Bootstrap. We used SqlServer as a database in addition to migrating data from an Oracle database using ETL. Tests were written primarily in NUnit and SpecFlow.
