Pricila Roldan is a Planner at the City of Escondido where she works to advance the City's environmental justice, equity, and housing acceleration efforts. Her regional expertise and experience in transportation planning help yield critical perspectives that result in community-driven solutions for underserved communities in the Escondido area. Previously, Pricila worked at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) leading mobility planning projects and digital equity efforts. She served an Americorp service year at the California Energy Commission (CEC) and the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) where she led a California Air Resources Board transportation needs assessment in the Inland Empire. Pricila graduated from California State University- San Marcos with Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is continuing to seek learning opportunities that will augment her ability to work on exiting, forward-driven projects.
