Coordinating Duty Paid stores, under the control of a multinational, PHZ Baltona SA Poland, member of Flemingo International Ltd;Permanent involvement in expansion activity and participation in auctions regarding the development possibilities of the Romanian network;Ensure good import activity performance;Relationship with suppliers and contributors, intra-community and extra-community;Ensuring operational planning for supply management and administration;Realization of quarterly and annual forecasts for long-term supply;Drafting and proposing annual budgets;Ensuring necessary reports for different departments of the company;Relationship with state institutions and authorities;Evaluation of sales team activity in stores;Monitoring and checking the inventory procedure;Efficient inventory management oriented towards loss prevention;Ensuring the implementation of company's procedures and the desired level of customer care;Involvement in the process of selection new employees;Attending business meetings with potential partners and negotiating new collaborations;

Coordinating a network of 48 proximity stores, 26 stores in Galati county and 22 stores in Braila County;Involvement in expansion activity;Relationship with state and control institutions;Ensure good business activity in the 48 stores and comply with company procedures;Ensure good communication between headquarters and work points;Supporting weekly meetings with the participation of store managers;Evaluation of sales team activity in stores. An average of 240 employees;Monitoring and checking the inventory procedure;Involvement in the process of selection new employees;Reporting and interpreting results;Communication and constant reporting to the Regional Manager;
