After capturing, send the reports and spreadsheets to the Accountant on a monthly basis in order for him to finalise the Vat and Tax, etc.• Diary management (both electronic and physical diaries must sync).• Registry of what goes out of Chambers and what comes in and all other admin related queries.• See to all other work related things that need to be done and everything must be done right the first time.• Meet & greet clients, escort them to Boardroom for meeting and do the necessary.• Personal errands for him and his family.• Manage the office when he is not here. • If renovations are being done at the office, manage the workers and make sure things are done correctly, etc.• Manage payments on a monthly basis. Collect all invoices that need to be paid and type up the payment schedule and send via email to Adv Dewrance’s wife to make the payments. Once payments are done, I scan and email the relevant payment notifications to the relevant person/s.• Many trips to Pretoria and back to the office as employer lives in Pretoria and often asked me to come and either collect or bring him files/documents or text books. Also go to his home to do invoices with him if he wasn’t coming into the office. • Manage all the text books coming in and going out of his Chambers as a lot of books get stolen.• I draft letters using employer’s letterhead of what is being sent with the Bookbinder and both him and I sign this letter. A copy is given to him. These letters are just to safeguard ourselves.
