Developed and initiated the sales plan that merged our e-business with field and inside sales. As part of the executive staff we sold AG1.com to DTN in 2000.

As the marketing Director of distribution I developed the database-marketing program Localmotion, applied implementation of e-business, and COTI. Prior to this position I rebuilt the $160M southwest region by increasing profitability by over $12M and productivity by 35%. In 1999 Cenex Land O Lakes acquired Terra Distribution.

As the 1994-1997 Houston DSM the branch twice won national Branch of the Quarter and the Motorola Shining Star. Increased Houston sales from $10.5M to over $20M and market share improved from 4th to 1st. Prior to Houston, as the 1991-1994 Dallas DSM the branch increased sales from $13.5M to $41M while eliminating bad debt, obsolete inventory, and reducing expenses. Market share improved from 5th to 1st while contributing over $900K above budget in net operating profit. Account Manager 1985-1991Initiated and managed the $3M TI terminal while servicing Tandy, Spectradyne, ElectroCom, and General Dynamics. Awarded Producers circle in 1986, 1988 & Top Branch Salesman of the year in 1990 and 1991.
