- Professional with 10 years of experience in the areas of Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Storage and Distribution, at multinational companies such as Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN - National Steel Company), AmBev and 3M do Brasil;- Strong performance in complex, high-value negotiations with national providers of air and land transportation, storage and distribution;- Preparing KPIs for the management of operations;- Knowledge in domestic and international logistics. Reduced costs in all dealings, changing suppliers in logistics operations, and optimizing processes;- Responsible for the signing of a rail contract with the CSN (National Steel Company) valid until 2026, for outbound cement in the value of BRL 30 million (saving 10% in costs), and for limestone in the value of BRL 900 million (saving 12%);- Projects for qualitative gains at CSN (Counterparty’s Manual), reducing and avoiding costs in all conducted negotiations; signing of long-term contracts; implementation of suppliers with potential to provide services;- Hiring of break bulk transportation by air, gains in projects such as the one for matched freights between AmBev units, and reduced costs in the hiring of port-to-port shipping services to Manaus (10%);- Implementing freight payment through SAP, centralizing the hiring of transportation services within the Logistics area, and unifying freight payment processes within Ambev’s Shared Services Center.
