I am currently an experienced Manager with a strong background in Sales and Coaching. Passion and energy are, to me, the most redeeming qualities in an employee, and these are two of the best qualities I possess. My effervescent personality and approachability are what attracts people towards me. I am committed, driven and motivated to be the best I can be within a role, and helping to energise and engage people to be productive and get a job done. Leadership and determination are skills that have continued to grow strong with me. I have displayed strong leadership before being in a leadership role, and have carried these qualities with me through to management. Dealing with customer experiences and finding solutions that benefit all parties involved is something I have strived to do. And also build coaching relationships with my subordinates, through trust. I am always willing to learn and progress myself too.
