I see myself as a product engineer first and then a leader & CEO of Pelltech.It’s fair to say that I live and breathe the pellet industry and the community around it. As one of the pioneers in the industry with over 20+ years of experience I’ve experienced and witnessed a lot - starting with designing burners in my garage in the early 2000’ to being at large scale international trade shows, building a 25 people organisation and partnering with businesses in 5 continents across the globe. ---Pelltech was founded in 2006 by myself and another industry pioneer Aavo Isak. The company is developing, manufacturing and selling pellet burners and boilers. Since its founding, Pelltech has grown to become the largest and most trusted firm of the sector in the Baltic countries. We believe in innovation and doing things differently. The key domains of business are pellet-burning equipment and renewable energy. Our headquarters including the assembly line, engineering department and staff of 25 employees are conveniently situated near Tallinn Airport.---I’m passionate about innovating the sector and building systems that bring value to people. I’m at my best when I can mix the strategy and experience that has come from years of development and engineering. I’m also keen to lay on my values of Pelltech to the future generation and empower every team member to do their best every day and express themselves freely making sure there is constant development.---When I’m not running Pelltech, I spend my time with family and training for triathlons. I’ve done several triathlon competitions as well as completed the full Ironman. During the summertime, I also enjoy visiting Estonian islands on a boat with friends and family.
