Make sure all incoming incident assigned to proper consultant in timely manner. Monitor execution of incident handling, make sure it comply with quality standard and resolved on time.Coordinate with other team when necessary.

My primary role as an ABAP programmer to handle various request to bugfixing, improve, or create new ABAP programs. I also performs routine monitoring of production systems and responds to runtime errors occured. I also performs as a team leader to coordinate and train my team members

My primary role in PT Jogja Global Technology is as ABAP Programmer. I was deployed to various projects with various challenges, various team members, and usually works with multiple SAP consultant companies. Therefore adaptation and communication skill is a mandatory requirement. Later on I was delegated as ABAP team trainer for fresh graduate employees. My job in this role is to design and conduct an effective and efficient training schema. Later on I also appointed as ABAP team lead in some projects. Here i also responsible for guiding junior team members in projects.

I was assigned to support ABAP in Astra international by PT JGT for one year. Here i was assigned at MDC team. To conduct changes to existing program and to create new programs. Here I support their SAP R3, SAP HR, SAP LS, and SAP CRM systems.
