This means a lot of processes and standard operating procedures were non-existent and it was one of the first task for me , to set how the operational aspect of the business is going to be run. The first half year of the role were a mix of working with various subject matter experts from different countries (and timezones!) that involves a lot of best practice sharing and adjusting those best practices to be implemented locally.Starting with opening the first BP fuel retail site in November 2018, I left the company as it opened its 35th sites in Indonesia.My role now has evolved with wider responsibilities but I can only be more excited with what the future may bring!Here is a glimpse of my current roles and responsibilities:1. HSSE leadership and culture implementation.2. Create value by setting and delivering key KPIs and operating within agreed operational budget.3. Creating and Maintaining Site Operation Manual to ensure BP retail sites are operating safely and complying to the standard set by BP.4. Managing Site Team Recruitment, Training, and performance management.5. Support , Coach , and Develop the Skills of my Territory Managers. 6. Leading the implementation of best practices in business processes and continuous improvement where gaps are identified.7. Support the business in developing business model for potential partnership8. Support the business in assessing potential plot for future development.9. Lead Operational Excellence Initiatives and Program (e.g. :site incentive peogram, mystery shopper, customer service channel)10.
