3 D Economic Development Consortium is a social awareness consortium comprised of for-profit Social Enterprises, Strategic Partners, Impact Investors and Nonprofit organizations.The Consortium’s first priority is to implement a solution based economic blueprint for creating jobs and economic opportunities specifically targeted for at risk communities in the U.S. and internationally.By designing workable solution based impact blueprints, we can directly engage individuals and organizations to become Economic Change Agents for their community. Thousands of well-trained Social Entrepreneurs dispersed back into at risk communities to address economic and social issues that plague their communities, while still maintaining the emphasis on Unified Self-Reliant Community Action. Primary Group Inc and Breaking Barriers Network provides solutions to 4 major barriers that greatly contribute to mass incarceration and high recidivism. Addressing the problem of lack of housing, human services, legal services and employment through economic development are all part of our comprehensive reentry program. The chances for a successful and sustainable re-integration to society dramatically increase when there are clear “Pathways-To-Success”. A united offense creates a powerful defense.
