About Lisa Renee Primavera

Currently holding Supervisory role at the Boca Renaissance Hotel where I am tasked with training hospitality skills to the Front Office team. My years of expertise are showcased in my ability to lead and train as this hotel undergoes a complete renovation and makeover. Former Supervisor with Oneblood. Oneblood is a not-for-profit responsible for providing safe readily available blood to more than 250 hospital partners throughout Florida and parts of North Carolina,South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. My primary responsibility was supervising a staff of Account Representatives and Donor Recruiters to motivate, educate and encourage businesses, organizations and individuals to host blood drives and become blood donors. The focus is to "get people on the bus" and help maintain the blood supply. This job satisfied my desire to "serve" every day and allowed me to use the hospitality and management skills that I have developed over the last 33 years.Prior to taking this position with Oneblood,,I managed the day-to-day operations for the multi-million dollar, award-winning Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort as the Rooms Division Manager. I retired this position after successfully leading the team to the Wyndham North American Hotel of the year for 2016,2017 and 2018.Loving people,building relationships,multi-tasking, and exceeding goals and expectations- these are attributes that drive me everyday and make work fun and rewarding.I am a wife,a Mom and a proud Grandmother. I enjoy running,biking,paddling and just about any outdoor activity. I am active in my church and declare Jesus Christ as my Lord and savior.
