CurrentReporting to the Chief Legal Officer, I support the legal, finance and business development functions of Alaris' business via investments in partner companies, M&A and capital raising in both the United States and Canada. In addition to negotiating and drafting transaction agreements, I also advise management on a broad range of issues connected to our business (including entity formation, corporate governance, private equity industry updates, acquisition and disposition strategy, public disclosure and shareholder communications and legal-financial matters). In addition to transactional work, I also work with outside legal counsel to ensure adherence to Alaris' compliance program and to coordinate miscellaneous day-to-day legal operations requirements are met.
