As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I was hired to rebuild the Talent Acquisition function following the pandemic, which had resulted in widespread layoffs, including within the Talent Acquisition Team. The focus of this rebuilding effort was on redefining processes, developing and integrating innovative recruitment marketing strategies, and enhancing employer branding. The long-term goal was to re-establish Travelex as a desirable employer, offering an outstanding candidate experience and an even better employee experience. Key business objectives included reducing staff attrition, creating a best-in-class talent management process and pipeline, and leveraging technology to improve recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. Additionally, efforts were aimed at driving applications to meet ambitious global hiring plans. I supported employer branding, hiring strategy, and recruitment marketing initiatives across EMEA, APAC, and ANZ, working closely with C-suite management to ensure the recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives and goals.

Hired to upscale up the Early Careers recruitment within the Service and Business Operations competence by implementing new recruitment processes and a candidate assessment centre to accelerate volume hiring across the USA, UK, and EU. Managing a team of 20 positioned across the UK, USA & EMEA, responsible for managing stakeholder and candidate relationships to ensure all open roles are filled with the right talent. Partnered with other areas of the business including Org Development, Marketing and Employer Branding on additional projects such as the reformatting of the recruitment process and restructuring of the hiring steps, improved content communicated to candidates, created content on the careers page and built and delivered a LinkedIn workshop to TA members and senior stakeholders on the importance of personal branding and engagement on the platform to increase brand and vacancy visibility.

I played a key role in the Interim Management/Executive Search division, specializing in placing Interim Senior Change, Project, and Programme Management executives with strategic clients and new customers. I contributed to increasing the average gross profit, contract duration, retention rates, repeat business, and annual growth percentage.I was responsible for the Public Sector/Local Government/NHS division, overseeing operations across multiple sites. At its peak, we had over 400 senior-level interims working throughout the UK. I helped build teams from the ground up, establishing a strong reputation for delivering senior interim executives and growing the division into a well-regarded brand. My performance led to being recognized as the top biller in the group among 2000 consultants worldwide for two consecutive years, all while managing teams and developing various profitable business streams.
