Main duties included maintaining a high level of customer service, taking food orders, waiting tables, working behind the bar, handling cash transactions and helping to open and closeup. Hard working and flexible with regards to working hours and willingness to assist wherever needed. This includes extra hours working at other Deben Inn locations as and when required.

Client lead on high profile contracts. Organising the imports process including customs clearance, managing deliveries and dealing with special shipments. Proficient in the new CDS (Customs Declaration Service) system and experienced in SFD’s and SAD Imports. Role also included general Customer Services which also involved regular client visits for face-to-face meetings.

I was responsible within a team to coordinate and organise the full range of customs services, starting with order acceptance, registering the order, collecting all relevant documents until the release of goods and customs clearance. Successfully gained UK Customs Academy Level 2 qualification as part of my training.
