Solving problems is what I truly enjoy in my work environment from assessing the situation, approaching the issues at hand, and solving the issues. This has translated in all my jobs from the complexities of the human movement system as personal trainer into a career within the security field. Approaching my career with a growth mindset has helped me promote from within in the past 4 years. I started from a security professional position, into a site supervisor in just 1 year time-frame, I've translated those skills into an account managed position which opened my doors to become an operations manager. The skillset acquired throughout my career gave me the ability to oversee a 5000 hour book of business, and able to hit a milestone goal of keeping non billable overtime as low as .66% for a payroll period, a deep understanding in the hiring process, and preparation for any emergencies is critical for a successful career. I'd like to continue my growth from within the company, and connect with current employee to keep myself open to new connections.
