With January 2022 I started a new position in the company as Head of R&D department in unit LABS, leading 7 people. As head of R&D department I cover following activities:• Managing of team• Weekly team meetings• Yearly interviews with team members• Progress plan for team members• Activities definition for team members• Activities tracking• Monitoring of departments goals - actions definition for not achieved goals• Production support• Systematic way of problem solving• Preparation of reports for management• Organization of workshops for problematic topics or topics for improvement• Interviews for new employees• Feasibility study for new product• Process and work cost calculation

With a job title of Process and High process developer in R&D department I covered following field of activities:• Process development for new product• Cooperation with teams for product development to design the parts propriate for manufacturing (DFAM)• Process flow chart preparations• Development of laboratory device concept - internal and external together with supplier)• Checking and confirming device constructions with 3D tool (Creo program)• Equipment cost calculation• Visits and supervisions of suppliers at their locations• Process validation and assembly lines transfer to serial production• Feasibility study for new product• Process and work cost calculation• Cooperation on customer audits• Working on optimization projects• Project management for industrialization APQP projects• Preparation of time plans• Project team management

In this time, I had a scholarship by Domel, d.o.o.• Work in R&D department• Numerical analysis of different products (In Ansys program)• Work in quality department• Testing of different products (drop test, live time tests, force measurement...)• Work in production on EC blowers assembly line • Testing of parts • Preparations of test reports
