During my internship experiences, I acquired valuable insights into the roles of a Medical Representative and a Product Executive for Entresto® at Novartis (Thailand) Ltd. I underwent comprehensive training in Novartis's Selling Techniques, enhancing my proficiency in this domain. Additionally, I developed a deep understanding of evidence-based information, real-world experiences (RWE), and key messages critical for effective communication with physicians. Moreover, my experience extends to the preparation of Drug Submission Application Forms, specifically geared towards the enlistment of new medicines into the hospital formulary drug listing of private hospitals.Furthermore, I have experience in analysis about Patient Journey and Emotional Journey data, including patients and physicians unmet needs, analysis of pain point prioritization, considering problem impact and ability to change, including ideation of solutions and activities.
