Background in business – he has setup his own companies, employing some 120 people – mainly in the service consulting and IT industries. At a young age, Roland took on the Swiss Government’s justice department; winning his fight for a fairer economic law The outcome was a public vote and the implementation of a new economic law.For the past twenty-seven years, Roland has been working as a consultant to the Department for Internal Affairs and Industry in his home Kanton in Switzerland. He is also a member of the Quality Control body for the Swiss Economy and Technology as well as the forming body for Winter Sports. For the last twelve years, he is a member of the development group that is looking at implementing new laws in Risk Management in the Swiss Outdoor Industry. His consultancy company Primus & Partners succeeded in setting up and running multi-national service industry projects. He is also the founder of a highly successful Winter Sports company, with over 86,000 members. The Ability to communicate and his strategic thinking led to his winning 3rd place at the International Book Fair in Frankfurt in 2008. He won Best Book in 2008 for innovation and design, out off 185,000 books submitted in that year leaving big corporate names behind. He was one of only a handful of self-publishing entrepreneurs.adventurer, with many skills and a wealth of mountain experience to draw on. In 1985 i started the oldest snowboard school in Europe and was a World Cup rider for Burton between 1986 and 1992. During this time i set up the Swiss Alpine and Freestyle Snowboard teams and the Snowboard School and Teacher association.As trainer to the Swiss snowboard team, we together gained 7 World champion titles between 1991 and 2007, including 4 time World cup championship winner, Manuela I also fly! I won 3rd place in the first Aerobatic Contest in 2012, and 1st place in the 100th Year Swiss Aviation National Championships in 2010 plus numerous other podium places.
