1. Fully responsible for the Optical / Laser Navigation Sensor / Muti-point capacitive controller products of China region, task contains: Products Promotion、Technical support to the customers、Collection of market info、Competition analysis、Key project follow up、Daily support to Disty、Customer business check、Reuse of the solutions provider resource, etc.2. Drive Disty Sales/ FAE/ PM to finish Design In & Design Win tasks for NPI Parts according to our Marketing strategy，Channel resource management, arrangement of daily customer visit、follow up key project update、check the Resale regularly of the customers according to latest POS report by weekly internally sent, training to the Disty members on products knowledge.3.Join QBR meeting of every quarter, provide consulting opinions for my PL’s Business Review, discuss and give suggestion on Disty’s QBR numbers（Revenue/Resale/Billing/Booking/Pipeline/Highlitht/Lowlight）.Tracking and maintain DR/Opportunity（By MPN / By project）in Avago internal Oracle system，finish DW Claiming task of my product line to achieve Quota every quarter.4. Directly follow up and maintain the relationship to Key Customers, get entry of new projects, tech-support for customer project, solve the IC quality issues, weekly tracking on the resale USD/qty of key MPNs, check customer forecast on time, reponse to customer request on technical or certificate documents.

1.Working as Freescale FAE, mainly be responsibility for the DI/DW、customer technical support、new products training for the sales、new chance search and manage customer relationship for the following IC products :G-sensor, Touch sensor, Micro-USB Interface IC, 8-bit MCU .2.Be familiar with domestic mobile phone market of China, in possession of numerous customer resource, having experience of supporting the following customers: YuLong, KONKA, ZTE, Cellon-SZ, Ahong, KPT, BYD, BBK, Ginwave, Malata, Newsmy, iocean, Uctcom and many small- and medium-sized IDH.3.Be familiar with Cell phone/MID/Tablet PC/E-book/ Digital Photo Frame products and their main chip/platform/peripheral chips.
