As a Room service associate I’m responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and they address all guest queries politely and knowledgeably.

It’s a great opportunity for me to work with this brand I’m learning so many things here I’m working in villas side. I’m responsible for guest villas which allocated to our team and guest feedbacks. I learned here standard, operations, personal grooming etc.

Worked as housekeeping associate.It was a big resort for me with best landscape. I learned a lot of things about housekeeping in this property. I was responsible for cleaning guest rooms which allotted to me and taking care of my area I was also help my Colleagues and they also help me we are working as a team and responsible for our work.

I started from this property as guest service associate in housekeeping. All that I learned about my job profile and all that I have groomed myself is due to this opportunity.it was a life opportunity for me.I worked here as a room boy and learn how to make a guest room, handling of different guest request. Being responsible for your area, equipment, guest supplies, amenities, guest room, gardens, etc.

It was my first experience in 5 star hotel I work there for 4 months and explore myself to chose my field for my future in hotel industry.
