Varroc, a global leader in automotive lighting, has been my workplace for over four years, where I started as a Graduate Engineering Trainee and progressed to an Executive-Hardware Design 2-Wheeler Lighting and now a Production Engineer. In this role, I design and develop innovative lighting products that enhance the safety, performance, and aesthetics of two-wheelers, and that meet the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders.I apply my B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University and my skills in team leadership, teamwork, and project management to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I have successfully completed multiple projects, such as developing a new headlamp module, improving the efficiency and reliability of LED drivers, and optimizing the thermal and mechanical performance of lighting systems. I am passionate about learning new technologies and methods, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners. My goal is to contribute to the vision and mission of Varroc, and to grow as a professional and as a person.
