Working on the LED lighting products sales and management of N.A. marketMake the sales target according to the company’s strategic plan, break down the sales target by the month and quarter, then develop appropriate plan and measures, to do specific implementation step by step. Lead the team to develop customers in different channels, maintain good customer relations in N.A. market. Participate in and leading important business negotiations, grasp customers’ key demands with sales contract, monitor the sales execution and production schedules, as well as the account receivable.Review the sales progress and team member’s performance regularly, responsible for team member’s annual performance goals.
