Duties:1. Responsible for concepts, prototypes, design and manufacture of accessories and processes in order to manufacture parts. 2. Responsible For improving /updating the process layout of the factory. 3. Create and test new product designs and formulate manufacturing specifications.4. Conduct product research which includes identifying the needs and goals for a new product, from functional design to aesthetics requirements. 5. Create designs using computer-aided software and fabricate models that can be tested. 6. After refining and reviewing initial designs, deliver specifications and procedures to manufacturing teams in order for production to begin.

Design draftsman Role:responsible for the following:1.design and manufacture truck bodies and trailers.2. Programming - Nest laser/Plasma parts for the CNC machines.3.Produce Technical drawings for the bending operators.4.Supervise production when they assembly and fabricate my designs .5.Research and introduce new manufacturing techniques.

Im responsible for the development of truck bars. -Design the bullbar and mounting brackets-Design jigs (tooling required) for manufacturing the bar.-create work instructions. -conduct trainings with production for a new developed bar. -research and implement new techniques.
