- Analysis of data to execute maintenance tasks such as cleaning andlubricating textile machinery, diagnosing issues, and validating thefunctionality and operational integrity of machines.- Read schematic drawings and blueprints, inspect and examine machinery andequipment to find and look into errors and malfunctions, and make thenecessary repairs while adhering to safety regulations and work procedures.- Utilizing hand and power tools to install, align, disassemble, and relocatestationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, including pumps,fans, tanks, conveyors, following layout plans.- Implement mechanical repair methodologies and protocols to guarantee theoptimal operation of machinery.- Detect anomalies and undue wear in machinery, discern subtle differences indimensions and shapes of component parts.- Use devices such as forklifts, Caesar lifts, and jacks to precisely positionmachinery and components during installation, setup, and repair.- Collaborate with management to suggest alterations and adjustments toequipment, and actively participate in assessing novel machinery.
