• Managing collection activities through agencies for all buckets portfolio of Auto Loans for Madhya Pradesh & Gujrat region.• Case wise follow up with all field executives on daily basis for resolution.• Personally visit the disputed/critical cases with team to get early/effective resolution.• Review with agency supervisors and team on weekly basis for performance analysis and improvement.• Managing repo agents for repossession of vehicle with the help of legal tool.• Coordination with legal team for filing of legal cases and to keep track of the legal status of cases.• Coordinate with Sales/Credit team to ensure early resolution of disputes/services issues.• Preparation of daily productivity MIS and share with higher management.

• Handling 180+ portfolio of Kisan Credit Card (KCC) for Punjab region.• Also Handling 90+ portfolio of Farm Equipment (FE) and 90+ portfolio of Farmer Finance (FF).• Managing Team of In-house/Agencies/OSPs at different locations of Punjab region for recovery/collections.• Focus on interest collection of KCC cases and Normalization of FE/FF cases to minimize delinquency.• Responsible for allocation of cases to Agencies/OSPs as per their location, capability and organizational policies/procedure.• Align with Legal team to keep track the Legal status of NPA cases.• Coordinate with Sales/Credit team to ensure early resolution of disputes/services issues.• Preparation of DPD wise MIS on daily basis for keeping track of collection of all products.

• Handling all buckets portfolio of MP & CG for collections/recovery.• Handling Team of In-house/Agencies at different locations of MP & CG region for collections.• Regular follow-up with all the Clients for Payment Recovery and Settlement.• Track collection record for each Client as per the credit period. • Handle general escalations and ensures early resolution of disputes/services issues. • Coordinate with External Agencies and Marketing Team on collections issues. • Preparation of Daily Sales MIS, Collections MIS and other reports.

• Handling 90+ DPD portfolio of Credit Card for Bhopal location. • Focus on Rollback to control delinquency. • Handling all back office and administrative activities of the department. • Preparation of Daily and Monthly Settlement MIS. • Receipt Reconciliation on Daily and Monthly basis. • Handling Customers Interaction and resolve their queries. • Preparation of Agencies allocation and their bills. • Audit Agencies on Monthly basis for processes and documentation.
